How Do I Place An Order?

Don't worry! You can cancel your order at anytime during the order process.
You won't be charged for anything until you enter your payment information. Below are the Six Easy Steps To Place An Order

STEP 1: Shop for Products

When you find a item you desire enter the amount in quantity and click on the "Add to Cart" or "Order" button to add it to your "Shopping Cart". You will then be taken to a screen which will display all the items currently in your cart. Items may be added or deleted at any time from the screen which displays your shopping cart.

STEP 2: Add, Modify, or Delete items

To continue adding items, click the "Go Back" button to be taken back to the page you came from, or "Store Front" to continue shopping. If you wish to increase the quantity of an item you have already ordered, simply adjust the the number of units in the space provided and then click the "Order" button or "Change Item Quantity" button in the cart. You may also delete an item by clicking on the "Remove Ordered Item" and then place a check mark in the boxes next to the item you want to remove. Then click on "Remove Checked Items" to complete the removal of the unwanted items.

STEP 3: Proceed to Checkout

When you have completed your shopping, press the "Check Out" button if your viewing your shopping cart. To view your shopping cart simply click "Your Order" from anywhere on the page and you will be taken to the shopping cart.

STEP 4: Tell Us Where to Ship Your Order
Here is where you tell us where to ship your order. Please indicate the street address of your residence or business.

STEP 5: Tell us How to Bill Your Order  

Here is where you tell us your billing address and what credit card you want your order charged to. For credit card security purposes, your billing address must match the address that your credit card statement is mailed.

STEP 6: Place Your Order

This is the last step. When you press the "Place Order" button your on-line order will be securely submitted to us.

Is It Safe To Order Online?

Yes Absolutely! In fact, it's statistically safer to use your credit card over the Internet than in a restaurant or department store. The Greeting Store uses an encryption technology that works with AOL, Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer so that only The Greeting Store can read your order and credit card. This technology is an industry standard and fully endorsed by all the major credit card companies. Any inflammation given The Greeting Store is NEVER SHARED, SOLD or GIVEN to third parties.

How Is My Order Shipped?

We ship all by orders by U.S. Postal Service or UPS ground, unless the customer ask for different shipping. Orders will typically be processed within 1 to 2 business days from the time the order was placed. A confirmation e-mail will be sent when the order ships (you must entered an e-mail address). Shipping time will depend on the method chosen when the order is placed. Please provide a street address for all deliveries. We will ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO's only if requested and only by U. S. Mail.

How Do I Know When My Order Is Shipped?

The Greeting Store order confirmations are sent to you via e-mail automatically within 48 hours of placing your order. You will typically receive your shipping confirmation within 24 - 48 hours of placing your order.

Can I Change My Order?

Our goal is to provide the fastest possible service to our customers by carrying a large inventory as well as shipping all orders within 1 to 2 business days of receipt. Unfortunately, accomplishing this goal makes it extremely difficult to cancel or make changes to orders. There is a good possibility that by the time you e-mail us with a change or cancellation, your package will already be on its way! If you would like to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do everything possible to try to accommodate your needs.

My Order Was Damaged In Shipment?

If your order arrives with obvious damage, refuse shipment noting the damage. Notify us by e-mail and we will ship a replacement immediately. The shipper will return the merchandise to us. If you discover that your order was damaged after receiving it, simply follow our Return Policy.

Our Return Policy?

Before returning any article you must contact The Greeting Store and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This RMA number should be written conspicuously on the outside of the return shipment box.

You may return an item, in its original undamaged condition, for a refund within 30 days of receiving it. All returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip. In order that we may better serve you and other customers, please tell us the specific reason for your dissatisfaction. Include a written note informing us whether you want the item exchanged or the purchase price refunded to you. (If you have received a damaged or defective item please read the section below titled "Damaged or Defective Merchandise.") All returned merchandise must be in "like new" condition with all included instruction sheets, certificates and warranties and in its original box. The item(s) should be returned in the same packaging material in which it was received to protect it from damage. We suggest using UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection. After a return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process. If you used a credit card, the refund will be credited to your account. If you paid by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you.
