long does it take for
delivery?
All orders are shipped via
the UPS ground service (estimated
time for delivery after the order
is picked up from our warehouse
is 5 -7 business days within the
USA and 9 to 14 business days for
Canada), unless an alternate
shipping method is specified. If
an alternate method is chosen,
delivery time will depend upon
the type of shipping service
you've specified and your
location.
Fine jewelry orders (14K
Gold) are handled differently
than regular merchandise and can
take 3-4 weeks to fill before
shipping. Personalized
items such as with monograms or
names may take up to 6 weeks.

Delivery?
Yes, we can ship your order
rush delivery via DHL, but this
is very costly and we do not
recommend it unless it is
absolutely necessary. You will
receive your order in
approximately 2-3 business days
after the item has been picked up
by the shipper from our
warehouse. DHL rush delivery is
about half the amount of delivery
time of standard UPS ground.

do the abbreviations mean on your
jewelry pages?
TDW - total diamond weight
(100 points per carat)
TCZW - total cubic zirconia
weight
TGW - total gem weight
Diamonds of 5 points or more are
"I" quality, full 58-facet cut
diamonds. Diamonds that are less
than 5 points are of matching
quality. Cubic zirconias are of
1st quality. Gold item are either
10K plumb or 14K plumb. Sterling
silver items are 925.
